The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. em7777 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, em7777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

In no event shall em7777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your em7777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
em7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at em7777.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
